Come up the stairs to a large landing and 6' hallway. Straight ahead is the bathroom/laundry.
To the left is the bedroom that overlooks the garden.
To the right is the wide hallway leading to the other two bedrooms

Side A Upper Floor

Bedrooms
There are 3 large bedrooms, each having mantlepieces, and high ceilings with ceiling fans. The center bedroom has a large walk in closet with both lower and upper hanging rails. There is also the original corner closet. The front and back bedrooms have both the original corner closets and another large closet. Side A bedrooms have added closet place making it attractive for tenants who typically don't own wardrobes.
Hallway and Passageway
The upper passageway is 6' wide and has a larger upper landing. The wide, high ceiling corridor overlooking the front of the house can be used as a play area or as a home office.

The Bathroom
The bathroom has a full tub with enclosure and a two head shower. The floor is tiled and there is a porcelain tiled counter which has both a ceramic washbasin and a stainless steel utility sink. The wall tiles are subway style, chosen to match the period. The walls are the original bead board. The bath has both a double shower and faucet. The washing machine and gas dryer are conveniently in the bathroom on the floor where one undresses and stores clothes.
Like all the bathrooms, the ventilator fan is quiet and can operate based on humidity.
